Kenya & Tanzania Tour Day 1
We have arrived …
The group has arrived safe and sound. After a 14 hour and 40 minute flight to Africa the group received a champagne welcome by our travel hosts, arriving mid afternoon at our first hotel in Nairobi. We had the afternoon to rest and settle in.
The following morning, today Aug 20th, we spent the day touring the Sherdrake Elephant Orphanage, the Karen Blexin Estate (Out of Africa) and the Giraffe Reserve. This evening we had dinner at Carnivores. This was a great eating experience sampling a range wild game meats.
