Weekend Retreat Photo Contest Entry Page:

File size maximum 4 Megabytes per image and in jpg format - 3 entires per person

Contest Entry Rules

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Contest open to amateur photographers. Our rules define a professional photographer as someone earning 50% of their income from photography.
Entries must be your own image. Digital editing is permitted but must be done by the entrant.
Photos remain the property of the photographer, but submitted images may be used for promotional purposes by Photo Tour Trekkers.
Each entrant to our Photo Retreat Weekend may enter 3 images, one into each category or any other combination totally 3 entries.
You can only enter the contest once.
You don't have to attend the event to enter the contest.
Maximum file size 4 megabytes per entry submitted in jpg format only.

Images will be on display during our retreat weekend - Winners will be announced during our wrap up session Sunday October 1st, 2023.

- First prize in each category is $100

- Second prize in each catergory is $75 travel gift certificate from Photo Tour trekkers

- Third prize is $50 in each catergory

- Best in Show wins the grand prize of a tour with Photo Tour Trekkers to the Newfoundland in June of 2024

Categories: NATURE, STRUCTURES and SELF PROMOTION.

Each registrant may enter 3 images. One in each category or any combination of categories totally three images.

NATURE: This category focuses on nature and the world around us. Entrants are encouraged to submit images of landscapes, wildlife, flowers or close-ups of nature.

STRUCTURES: This category forcuses on buildings or any aspect of architure, or images of bridges, arches or piers.

SELF PROMOTION: This category forcuses on images that permote the photographers personal brand, stye and personality. Show us your creative side.

Grand Prize Newfoundland Tour has no cash value - tour value may be used for alternate Photo Tour Trekkers tour if dates do not work for contest winner.
